DriverzLink is operated by Southhead Holdings Ltd, a company registered in Scotland, United Kingdom. We provide a professional networking and shift management platform for UK logistics drivers and transport companies.

We collect only the information necessary to provide the DriverzLink service:

• Account data — your email address and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth).
• Profile information — your full name, username, profile photo, headline, bio, location (city/region), years of experience, and licence categories you choose to provide.
• Location data — your approximate or precise location, only when you explicitly share it (e.g. when posting a Geo-Pin or sharing your location in a conversation or room). Live location is only active while On Shift and only when you choose to share it.
• Activity data — posts, comments, messages, shift availability, and job applications you create within the platform.
• Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) collected automatically.

• To create and manage your account and profile.
• To operate the platform — feed posts, messaging, rooms, job board, and shift distribution.
• To display your work status and profile to other drivers and connected companies where you have enabled this (e.g. your On Shift status and availability calendar may be visible to company accounts in your rooms).
• To send you in-app notifications (follows, comments, messages). We do not send marketing emails.
• To maintain platform security and investigate violations of our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for automated profiling or advertising.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, hosted on servers located in the EU / UK. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. We apply access controls so that only authenticated users can access their own data.

When you deactivate your account, your data is scheduled for permanent deletion after a 14-day grace period, during which you may reactivate. After deletion, your data is removed from our active database. Backup retention may extend up to 30 days.

We use a small number of third-party services to operate DriverzLink:

• Supabase — database, authentication, file storage. Data processed under their DPA.
• Vercel — hosting and content delivery.
• DiceBear — avatar placeholder images generated client-side from your username. No personal data is sent.

No data is shared with advertising networks or data brokers.

As a user based in the UK or EU, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — you may correct inaccurate data via your profile settings at any time.
• Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your account and associated data via Settings → Danger Zone, or by emailing us.
• Right to data portability — you may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Right to restrict processing — you may object to certain uses of your data.
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email driverzlink@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully: ico.org.uk.

DriverzLink uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. This is strictly necessary for the platform to function. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of DriverzLink after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
