Terms of Service

DriverzLink is a professional platform for UK logistics drivers (HGV, van, bus) and transport companies. It provides driver networking, direct messaging, rooms, shift distribution, job listings, and location sharing features.

DriverzLink is operated by Southhead Holdings Ltd, registered in Scotland, United Kingdom. By creating an account and using DriverzLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use DriverzLink.
• You must be based in or working within the United Kingdom.
• Driver accounts must represent real individuals. Company accounts must represent legitimate, UK-registered businesses or operators.
• You may only hold one account per person or company. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.

By using DriverzLink, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information in your profile and all activity on the platform.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account with others.
• Behave professionally and respectfully towards other users — drivers and companies alike.
• Only post content that is relevant to the logistics and transport industry. Do not post spam, offensive material, or content unrelated to professional use.
• Not impersonate another person, driver, or company.
• Not use DriverzLink to solicit, scam, or defraud other users.
• Comply with all applicable UK laws, including data protection legislation and the Highway Code where relevant.

Accounts registered as companies must represent legitimate transport, logistics, or related businesses operating in the UK. By registering as a company you confirm that:

• Your business is real and legally registered.
• You are authorised to act on behalf of the business.
• Job listings posted are genuine vacancies with accurate details.
• You will not use driver profile data accessed through the platform for any purpose other than legitimate recruitment or shift management.

DriverzLink reserves the right to remove company accounts that cannot be verified or that are found to be operating fraudulently.

The following are strictly prohibited on DriverzLink:

• Harassment or abuse — any threatening, discriminatory, or abusive behaviour towards other users.
• Fake accounts — creating accounts using false identities or on behalf of non-existent companies.
• Misinformation — knowingly posting false route alerts, job listings, or profile information.
• Scraping or automated access — using bots or scripts to extract data from the platform.
• Interference — attempting to disrupt, hack, or compromise platform security or other users' accounts.

DriverzLink includes optional location sharing features. Your location is never shared automatically. Location is only shared when you explicitly activate it — for example, by sharing your location in a direct message, a room, or by posting a Geo-Pin.

When you are On Shift and have shared your location in a room, that location pin may be visible to other members of that room, including company accounts. You can stop sharing at any time.

You are responsible for ensuring you do not share your location in unsafe circumstances, including while driving.

You retain ownership of content you post on DriverzLink (posts, comments, profile information). By posting content, you grant DriverzLink a limited licence to store and display that content to other users as part of normal platform operation.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for advertising purposes. When you delete content or your account, it is removed from public view and scheduled for deletion from our systems.

DriverzLink may suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, without prior notice in cases of serious breach. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Harassment or abuse of other users.
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others.
• Fraudulent job listings or shift postings.
• Any activity that violates UK law.

DriverzLink is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accept no liability for lost data, missed shifts, or employment outcomes arising from use of the platform.

We are not a recruitment agency. Job listings are posted by third-party companies. DriverzLink does not vet employers and accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of job postings or the conduct of employers or drivers.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from your use of DriverzLink shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform. Continued use of DriverzLink after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
